The GUSTO PARMIGIANO is the first restaurant and sales space born in 2017 and located in Milan, entirely dedicated to Parmigiano-Reggiano Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). Its aim is to promote and sponsoring the quality and properties of PDO italian product. The project was born in collaboration with company partners Latteria Sociale di Roncadella, the Antica Acetaia Dodi and Podere Giardino. In particular, the Latteria Sociale di Roncadella located in Roncadella (Reggio Emilia,Italy) dairie manufacturer of Parmigiano Reggiano since 1922 takes part of a non-profit Consortium “Consorzio del Parmigiano-Reggiano” with the principal purposes to protect the designation of origin of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, to control the production and marketing of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, in co-operation with the agri-food product quality protection and anti-fraud Central Body of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies,to enhance the production of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and to promote the consumption of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in Italy and abroad, as well as to develop and support any and every initiative, also commercial, aimed at promoting Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and at enhancing its image and reputation, including holding shares in and setting up companies or consortium associations.

Riccardo Toschi (male). He is the co-founder and member of GP. He has achieved a master’s degrees in management engineering at the University of Bologna. Federico Fernus (male). He is the co-founder and member of GP. Master MBA in Food and Wine achieved at Bologna Business School. Expert in Food & beverage marketing. His role in the GP is category manager, scouting of new suppliers with high quality standards in food and wine. He has been project coordinator of “Week End Fuori EXPO” to develop the high quality wine-gastronomic tourism in Emilia- Romagna. Federico D’Amato (male). He is member and chef of GP.
