WP1 – Project coordination and management
Leader – Università di Pisa
- To develop an effective and comprehensive coordination and administrative, financial and technical management of the project, enabling and promoting effective exchange of information and collaboration among partners.
- To monitor deliverables and milestones in order to fulfil all project goals.
- To organize meetings for the Project Management Team (PMT – minutes) and forming of task forces.
To carry out periodic communications and high-quality technical and financial reporting of the project’s progress to the PRIMA IS/PS.
