WP4 – Development and validation of biosensors for food safety and quality assessment

Objectives

  1. To develop biosensing tools to deliver facile solutions to the rapid and low-cost monitoring of food safety and quality.
  2. To validate biosensors using standards and FF samples, including cheese, meat, fruits and vegetables (selected according to the harvest time and scheduling of the project) provided  by SMEs partners GP and FS and by local sellers and producers located in Morocco and Italy.
